Using the beta

AccountabiliCal is an iOS accountability app developed by BytePanels. It is currently distributed to testers through TestFlight. This page explains the current beta experience; public release terms will be available here when the app launches.

TestFlight access

Your use of TestFlight and apps distributed through it is subject to Apple’s TestFlight terms. Beta access is limited, builds can expire, and features may change. Beta software can contain errors or lose data, so keep a separate record of information you need to preserve.

Goals, check-ins, and nudges

AccountabiliCal helps you record habits and encourage other people. It does not guarantee any outcome, the accuracy of another person’s check-ins, or timely delivery of notifications. Cloud syncing and notifications depend on device settings, connectivity, and Apple services.

Shared tasks

Only invite people who want to participate. Respect their privacy and use shared tasks and nudges considerately. Review which people and history are included before agreeing to share. Do not use invitations or shared content to harass others, impersonate someone, or access information without permission.

Your data

See the privacy policy for information about storage, sharing, and retained history. Signing out or removing the app is not the same as deleting cloud records.

Feedback and help

You can submit feedback through TestFlight or contact info@bytepanels.com. Share only information you have permission to provide. BytePanels uses feedback to investigate issues and improve the app.
